KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems and related infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement efficient HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs. Prepare reports on system performance, repairs, and any necessary replacements. Maintain and update technical knowledge on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends. PERSONAL SPECIFICATION Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or equivalent technical certification). Proven experience in HVAC engineering. Valid gas safety certification (e.g., Gas Safe Registered or equivalent, if applicable). Strong understanding of HVAC design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of gas heating systems and ventilation components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
