Are you a HVAC / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from either a Plumbing or HVAC background and looking for a new mobile role working across London.This national Facilities Services provider are recruiting due to a new contract win working on commercial buildings across London.As HVAC / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you will work mobile across London covering planned and reactive maintenance to commercial plumbing and heating systems and HVAC systems.Day to day duties will be maintenance and repairs to plant rooms, including heating and ventilation, as well the plumbing and heating systems within the building which include radiators, TRVs, sinks and showers.The ideal candidate will be a qualified plumbing and heating engineer or someone with the NVQ in Heating and Ventilation. You will have good knowledge and understanding on commercial buildings and plant rooms.Advantageous -

  • IOSH managing safely.
  • Water regulations (WRAS)
  • Legionella L8 water safety

Candidate must be able to drive as this is a mobile role.Salary negotiable £38-43k for 40 hour weekHolidaysPensionTraining opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
