32 days (incl. bank holidays) Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager seeking a role where you can make a real impact? Join our well-established, customer-focused HVAC company as we reignite our growth journey. The Role:

Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, from initial handover to after-sales transition. Manage up to 15 concurrent projects, typically valued between £25-£100,000, but up to £500,000. Build strong client and subcontractor relationships to drive repeat business. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Elevate team performance through best practices and continuous improvement. Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience managing HVAC projects. Strong technical understanding of HVAC design fundamentals. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working in a construction environment as a minimum, with a CSCS or SKILL card ideal but not essential. Evidence of knowledge in either Engineering, Mechanical or Controls. Preferable qualifications but not essential (e.g., Prince2, SMSTS, ONC/HNC in HVAC/Building Services). Benefits
