The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a forward-thinking organization specializing in HVAC systems and solutions. Covering London and the Home Counties, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Manage project risks and issues. Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing HVAC projects, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and maintenance. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Relevant industry qualifications, such as HND/HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. The Offer:
