A leading HVAC Company established for over 50 years has been carrying out installation and maintenance work for the Industrial, Commercial, and Domestic sectors. They currently have a key requirement for an experienced HVAC Supervisor located in Hemel, overseeing a team of 8 engineers covering Hertfordshire, Bucks, and some London contracts.
As an Air Conditioning Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Overseeing a team of 8 engineers Client meetings and engineer reviews Hands-on assistance with repair/maintenance of air conditioning systems within commercial environments Mentoring improvers and apprentices Air Conditioning Working Supervisor will receive up to 55k basic (depending on experience) + overtime, bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Requirements for the HVAC Supervisor: NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning and FGAS Cat 1 as a minimum Full UK driving license Commercial engineering experience prior to supervisory/management experience Experience overseeing an air conditioning team Must be within a commutable distance to Hemel Hempstead This is an excellent career opportunity where you will be well-supported in your role and have the opportunity to develop your commercial skills into a management position.
