We are working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm to recruit an experienced Solicitor/Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. This practice prides itself on being a progressive firm that values diversity, inclusion, and the development of its people. Role Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years' PQE in general litigation, including property and land disputes, landlord & tenant matters, debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law, and contractual/consumer disputes. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment. Experience managing a varied caseload and providing expert legal advice to clients.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of litigation processes, procedures, and relevant legislation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and provide clear, practical advice. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Commercial awareness and understanding of current developments and opportunities in the legal market.

Competitive salary up to £80,000 with profit sharing and up to 10% bonus.
