This is a hybrid role for a family who live between Ladbroke Grove and Ibiza - 3 days from the family home and 2 WFH. Daily hours 9am - 6pm.
You
need to
be a fluent Spanish speaker as the role includes: House management Bookkeeping Research Travel arrangements Writing creative proposals Filing and organizing Liaising with clients Fastidious organization of professional calendars and daily life for the family between London and Ibiza. You must have the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently. Additionally, you should be Mac literate and a confident driver. There will also be some travel involved in the role. Start by end of Feb but earlier if available - there will be a handover.
