- Assisting in system commissioning and sea trials to verify performance.
- Ensure proper selection, filtration, and maintenance of hydraulic fluids.
- Monitoring system contamination levels and implement fluid cleanliness programs.
Skills and requirements
- Diploma, NVQ, or Degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Hydraulics (e.g., IFPS, Parker, Bosch Rexroth, or equivalent training) is desirable.
- 3 + years of experience in hydraulic maintenance within the marine, offshore or heavy equipment industry.
- Proficiency in reading hydraulic schematics and troubleshooting fluid power systems.
