About the role
Futures have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hygiene Manager on behalf of a leading, global, billion £ food manufacturer who are well-known in the market for their great tasting products! You will be responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders and a wider team of Operatives to facilitate effective management of the hygiene systems on site. You will work collaboratively with Key Internal and External Stakeholders with a focus on Continuous Improvement. Your Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Successfully manage all business hygiene standards to the best level, striving for best practice at all times. Ensure all hygiene tasks are carried out within the Health & Safety requirements. Effective data input for all management operating systems to enable responsive fact-based management of the operation. Manage the Hygiene Team Leaders and Operatives to coordinate and develop a highly motivated team developing skills to support continuous improvement in hygiene. Your Experience and Skills Required:
Previous experience of managing Hygiene within a manufacturing environment Line management experience Proven track record in cost control, health & safety and management of quality systems Ability to interact with high profile customers HACCP Level 3 Apply for more information on this exciting role!
