Responsibilities:
Management of day-to-day hygiene activities on the site, ensuring hygiene systems are updated and compliant to company standards. Training and developing a team of hygiene operatives, line leaders and hygiene leaders. Managing hygiene budget, partaking in the technical leadership team driving continuous improvement across the site. Leading internal hygiene audits, supporting technical team with 3rd party visits.
The Candidate:
Proven track record managing a hygiene team within the food manufacturing industry. Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 3. IOSH in Health & Safety principles.
