What You Will Do Lead and support the Hygiene team, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Coordinate team activities and manage hygiene across the factory environment. Develop and maintain detailed cleaning instructions and schedules. Conduct COSHH assessments, risk assessments, and document safe systems of work. Communicate with external suppliers to maintain levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Provide training and development opportunities for your team.
What You Will Bring Proven experience in Hygiene or Production, ideally within the food industry. Strong background in a FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environment. Exceptional people management skills and the ability to motivate teams. A solid understanding of food hygiene and microbiology. Hygiene qualifications and/or internal auditor qualifications are desirable.
