Food Hygiene Team Leaders
- To lead a team of Hygiene Operatives to maintain the site to the level required by PrepWorld and to meet legal requirements. Responsibilities:
Lead the Hygiene Operatives to ensure the completion of hygiene schedules to maintain high standards in the factory and environment. Ensure that the required quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards are maintained and improved. Clearly communicate expectations to team members. Maintain excellent communication throughout the department to ensure adherence to hygiene plans. Embed the highest food safety and hygiene standards throughout the team. Complete hygiene control sheets/schedules. Train new staff. Ensure all cleaning materials are returned to the Hygiene store room in good condition at the end of the hygiene window. Ensure all cleaning chemicals are returned to the chemical store at the end of the shift. Perform manual handling and withstand working in cold storage conditions daily; maintain alertness while working near forklifts and moving machinery. Who We Are Looking For:
Must be 18 years or older due to the nature of our business. Good level of English (written, spoken, and listening). Previous experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Able to work Night shifts (18:00 - 06:00). Flexible approach to work. Ability to work on own initiative. What We Provide in Return:
