Hygiene Team Leader
to join us at our Ruskington site! Shift Patterns: Night Shift 21:30pm - 05:30am 5 out of 7 days a week, 40h per week. Successful candidates will lead a team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery, and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and that cleaning schedules are met at all times. You will take ownership of your own work and support your team in achieving the best results while ensuring everyone complies with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH, and Food Safety rules at all times. Your duties may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in cold and warm environments. Our ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate the team. Previous experience working in a Hygiene Department is essential.
