Schedule: 8 hour shift Night shifts Please note: Hours for this role are 4 on 4 off, 9pm until 5am. Experience: Factory cleaning: 2 years (preferred) Main Duties: Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks. Cleaning of processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, measured through testing of samples. Deep cleaning of production areas. Post cleaning checks to ensure everything has been completed properly. Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed. Complying with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene. Ensuring that your cleaning and personal protective equipment are functioning correctly at all times. The ability to work effectively under time pressure. Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager. You must have previous experience of either working as a hygiene operative or possibly being employed as a line operative within your current role/company. You'll be expected to work across a variety of environments, and suitable personal protective equipment will be provided. The role is ideal for someone with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, looking to progress further up the management scale. Good communication skills are necessary to understand technical cleaning requirements and report any issues clearly.
