The Welfare Officer is responsible for providing direct support and management to Service Users within an allocated location. Working to an assigned own case inspection, the Welfare Officer maintains accurate records, keeps systems up to date, and adheres to company procedures. Experience within a Housing Officer/Welfare Officer support role is essential.
