transformation of existing products
. Help to deliver our Environmental, Social & Governance strategy and achieve our net-zero targets. Focus will be primarily on clay technology and understanding how to achieve the best from the products. Research new and innovative ways to contribute to modern methods of construction. Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished products, playing a key role in maintaining our high standards & project governance. Help monitor and report on key performance data throughout the process. Collaborate on developing

Risk Assessments
. Investigate and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Who We're Looking For: Someone practical and hands-on, with a real passion for learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. 5 GCSEs
at Grade 4-9 (or equivalent) including Maths, English, and Science. A-levels
