ICT Services We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team and possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and clients. As an ICT Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering change as we develop and enhance the systems used across our organisation. You will assist in the implementation, documentation, testing and support of ICT solutions, working closely with business colleagues and suppliers. You will play a key role in the scheduling and the supporting of the daily running of jobs required on the Revenues and Benefit system. You will also be involved in the transmission of BACs files for several other services. You will also provide a high level of quality 2nd line support for some of our core systems. You will be required to start work occasionally before 8am so that the job processing relating to court summons can be completed on time for Revenues & Benefits.
