A teacher is required as soon as possible to teach ICT / Computer Science at an excellent independent school in Derby - Starting date as soon as possible for at least 4 weeks.
Your Role:
Teach engaging lessons aligned with current National Curriculum, adapting to different classroom settings
Some planning and marking will be required.
Ensure lessons align with curriculum goals & support student growth
Build strong relationships with students & school staff to foster a positive learning environment
Essentially, as an ICT / Computer Science Teacher, you must also be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching. The salary paid will relate to the scale point for qualified teachers applicable to the successful applicant.
Your Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Applicants need the right to work in the UK
Previous experience in high school education as an ICT / Computer Science Teacher
Up-to-date DBS check or availability to complete one
Provide two referees
