We are looking for two talented ICT Network Managers to join the Wade Deacon Trust, one based at Halewood Academy and one based at Wade Deacon High School. The successful applicants will lead on the technical provision of all aspects of ICT to ensure that effective teaching and learning can take place and school operations are successfully implemented. This includes managing a team of Network Technicians who deliver an effective and efficient service to all school stakeholders. The post will involve working collaboratively with the Trust and the Director of Operations. GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent - Essential Educated to Level 5 or equivalent in a related area - Essential Skills

An ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing - Essential Well organised, efficient and able to keep accurate records - Essential Ability to organise, lead and motivate a team - Essential Experience/Knowledge

Experience of managing complex IT systems - Essential Management of teams and change projects - Essential Proven experience of working as an administrator with a significant level of responsibility - Essential Appropriate awareness of data protection and associated security and confidentiality of data management - Essential Personal Attributes

Ability to relate to students and adults - Essential Ability to listen to and understand others - Essential Organisational Fit
