This is an exciting opportunity working for ICT Frontline Services supporting customers. We are looking for someone who has experience of providing ICT support in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft systems as well as a good understanding of an ICT Support Service and the importance of supporting the Customer at the highest possible level. The postholder will: have a minimum of 5 GCSE (A-C or 9-4) including Maths and English be prepared to undertake professional and technical training when required which may lead to a qualification have experience of supporting Microsoft applications be customer focused be able to provide support utilising the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre have a good understanding of Active Directory and the way objects sync to Active Directory be able to resolve issues understand a call centre environment, providing a high standard of customer care provide technical support to customers and colleagues support customer queries and requirements, ensuring that the customers are kept up to date with progress understand business needs, priorities, and impact to customers when they are experiencing issues.
