ICT Support Analyst £26,549 – £29,555 subject to level and experience 37 hours per week, Permanent (All Sites) Do you have fantastic customer facing skills and a desire to help resolve technical issues? Are you an experienced ICT Support Analyst or have the skills to become one? We have an exciting opportunity for you. About the role You will be working as part of the ICT Team to provide day-to-day, first line support effectively and efficiently across all Councils and Clients. You will be providing an excellent customer service experience, liaising with customers at all levels to help resolve technical issues both face to face and remotely. You will need to have a can-do mindset, taking responsibility for dealing with issues and resolving problems whilst working in a fast-paced environment. This role is predominantly office-based and can be based at any of our Offices including Cirencester, Cheltenham, Coleford, and our Witney Offices. You will also be required to travel to all Publica and partner councils’ locations depending on business needs; it is essential for you to be able to drive. You will need To be educated to A level standard in IT or related subjects or have equivalent experience. Good working knowledge or understanding of PC and Printer Hardware. Knowledge or experience of Microsoft Windows 10/11 as well as Microsoft Office 365. Ideally, experience of working within an ICT support role/team and handling 1st line support calls.
