We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team at a secondary school in Bury. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for staff and students across a range of ICT systems. Maintain and troubleshoot school hardware and software, including computers, printers, projectors, and interactive whiteboards. Ensure the smooth running of the school's network and IT infrastructure. Support the installation and configuration of new hardware/software. Assist with maintaining the school's website and other digital systems as required. Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity protocols. Requirements: Previous experience working as an ICT Technician in a school or similar educational environment. Strong knowledge of common school IT systems (e.g., SIMS, Office 365, learning platforms, etc.). Good understanding of network management and troubleshooting.
