Theatre Scrub Nurse Salary:

£37,162 - £44,815 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are excited to invite applications for the position of

Theatre Scrub Nurse , offering a fantastic opportunity to care for patients undergoing elective surgical procedures. Our cases range from straightforward day surgeries to complex large bowel operations, ensuring variety and professional growth for the successful candidate. Contract:

Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) or Part-Time (hours negotiable). Shifts are scheduled across a 7-day rota. Please indicate your preference in your application. Salary Enhancements: Saturdays and weekday shifts between 8 PM and 7:30 AM:

+30% Sundays and Bank Holidays:

+60% Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (NMC/HPC Registered) Diploma in Health Care Studies Ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care Knowledge of research and evidence-based practice Teaching, assessing, or mentorship skills (or willingness to undertake) Experience with laser applications and minimally invasive procedures Leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills Proficiency in managing emergency situations within an operating theatre Highly developed physical and clinical skills requiring precision Why Join Us?
