They are looking to grow their client services team due to a company wide expansion and want an IFA administrator to join themPlease view the details of this IFA administrator role below:The Role:Liaise with internal and external parties- first point of contact for clientsUpdating and ensuring all supporting documentation is maintainedOversee management of annual reviews and portfolio reviewsPrepare Platform withdrawals / fund switches / transactions for approvalRespond to customer queries with standard letters or draft relevant responsesFurther ad-hoc administrative dutiesThe Ideal IFA Administrator will have:2 years or more experience at an IFA Practice (Highly Desirable)Experience in Financial Services (Essential)Experience using Intelligent OfficeGreat communication skills both written and verbalExcellent professional presentationLong term plans to remain within a client services role A fantastic opportunity for a finance professional looking to join a growing organisation in the financial services realm!
