IFA ADMINISTRATOR Due to exceptional business growth, a new opening has arisen for an efficient and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a Financial Planning and Investment firm. This organisation has built a reputation for putting their clients at the very heart of what they do, as well as being a hugely supportive and collaborative team. Note: Candidates who have started studying towards their RO certification or CII qualifications are preferred. In addition, the role offers the opportunity to progress your career into a Paraplanning position. Salary: c.£25-32K depending on experience plus benefits, which include being part of an Employee Ownership Trust and quarterly incentives. Key Responsibilities

Input client details onto an in-house system. New business administration. Liaise with clients for new business information, Terms of Business, tax returns. File checking for completeness. Liaise with product providers (e.g., for valuations, trusts, product terms). Help advisers with meeting preparation, new client packs, agendas, etc. Support the Investment Proposition as necessary. Involvement in wider company projects as appropriate. Ideal Candidate Profile

A background in Financial Services/Paraplanning preferred or a desire to enter the IFA industry. Ensure all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis. Respond to client contact and requests quickly and correctly. Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, and ensure relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Have a supportive and collaborative approach. Note: Candidates with previous/recent financial services administration experience ideally in client/advisor support will be considered.
