A great opportunity to join a Boutique Independent Financial Advisory Firm based in Mayfair. We serve a High Net Worth client base across Pension advice, Mortgage Structuring and Estate planning. We are now looking to hire an experienced administrator with Wealth Management / Paraplanning experience to join us on a full-time basis. Your duties will include: Good working knowledge of Intelliflo to guarantee complete and accurate client records Experience of using a range of provider platforms Some experience of using marketing software e.g., Mailchimp Experience of packaging and submitting Life Assurance, Investment and Mortgage Applications for clients To assist the Director with diary management and appointments To assist in the operational functions of the company Requirements: You must be able to work in a highly confidential environment and handle data and information with attention to detail. You are alert, curious, responsive, and resourceful. You have a “can do” attitude and embrace new opportunities. You can handle multiple requests, prioritise and respond quickly and efficiently.
