Landmark Theatres Ignite Training Programme is a development opportunity for young local creatives to receive a £400 bursary, work with in-house specialists and professional theatre organisations to further their creative practice and build a close relationship with our Peterborough theatres. From September 2025, the collective will begin one day a week rehearsals to develop a devised piece, which will be performed at the Key Theatre in November 2025. Job Requirements

We are looking for Those aged 18-25 who have some theatre-based experience and are based in the East of England. Young people who are interested in developing work to a professional standard. Applicants that are representative of the East of England community. We want to hear from artists who have something to say and want to make vibrant, engaging and accessible work for diverse audiences. What we offer

£400 bursary to develop your practice. This can be used for a variety of opportunities, such as attending shows across the country, enrolling in courses, and more. Weekly in-house workshops and mentoring with either a member of our Artist Development team or external companies connected to Landmark Theatres. A work-in-progress opportunity at the Key Theatre. Invitations to watch shows at either the Key Theatre or New Theatre and events hosted by Landmark Theatres. Free rehearsal space at the Key Theatre. Access Support. Opportunity to apply for casual work at our theatres. Job Responsibilities

Timeline December - Applications open. Late February - Interviews. March/April - Start of regular Ignite workshops - Dates and times to be confirmed. June - Mid Review with Artist Development team.
