Description Provide comprehensive tax advice to clients in relation to Inheritance Tax (IHT), Trusts and Probate matters. Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals and families. Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client service. Maintain and grow the client base by providing exceptional service and advice. Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these effectively to clients. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Participate in business development activities to promote the company's tax services. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Profile A successful IHT, Trusts & Probate Private Client Tax Director / Lawyer should have: A strong educational background in tax law or a related field. Excellent knowledge of Inheritance Tax (IHT), Trusts and Probate matters. Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
