We are looking for a
Image Production Coordinator
to join the team on a fixed term contract until the end of March 2026.
This role is critical to how we visually power Personalised Discovery features. You will be an expert in DAM systems and works closely with asset management teams to source and curate the right imagery to fulfil brief requirements, in-line with BU strategy and direction.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

Your key accountabilities will include
PD point of contact for all DAM sourcing requirements Curates' imagery in-line with elevated photography principles and PD style aesthetics Owns cropping, basic editing and uploading of imagery for PD features ahead of publication Responsible for documenting and escalating collage improvements and fixes for PD engineers Manages the process of returning products in their original condition and packaging following each shoot Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
Experience working with digital asset management software Has worked within a fast-paced shoot environment either as a Shoot Coordinator or Production Assistant Understanding of how style can be represented across different style archetypes Proficient working with spreadsheets and generating reports Understands the power of personalisation, with a keenness to learn more Everyone's welcome
