We are looking for women who are passionate about empowering other women. A good communicator who can build valued relationships with others, you will be able to use your judgement and common sense to get the best possible results for each person you support. Your focus will always be on the person you are supporting, promoting their dignity, and ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained. The nature of the role includes support with budgeting, managing mental health, developing life skills, and supporting service users into community opportunities to help them achieve their goals.
