About the Role As iManage Lead, you will: Lead and motivate the DMS team in day-to-day operations, support tickets, and strategic projects. Oversee enterprise-level solutions such as iManage, RAVN, CAM, Milan, Lexsoft, and other related systems. Spearhead application implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and migration to the cloud. Build strong partnerships with key vendors, including iManage and Litera. Act as the IT owner for DMS platforms, providing expert advice to IT leadership and business teams. Ensure compliance with best practices in change management, data governance, security, and system integrations.
