This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading insurance providers on a short-term basis. The office is based in Reigate.
This role has an immediate start and is for 8-12 weeks. This role will become permanent for the right person!
Example of Day-day duties:
Inputting supplier invoices into Oracle
Point of contact for investigating and resolving Supplier queries.
Responsible for monitoring and confidently processing the Accounts Payable mailbox.
Maintain and run the weekly Accounts Payable BACS payment process and invoice holds report.
Create new suppliers on the Accounts Payable system.
Reconcile supplier statements and chase up missing invoices.
Ad-hoc duties such as collating reports for the Accounts Payable Team Leader.
