A well-regarded law firm in Southampton is seeking an experienced immigration Lawyer to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level corporate immigration support within a collaborative and client-focused team.
The successful candidate will:
Offer expert corporate immigration advice on a variety of business immigration issues to UK and international clients.
Oversee day-to-day immigration tasks such as right-to-work compliance, business visitor visas, sponsor license applications, and regulatory compliance.
Support team members by offering supervision and insights on routine immigration cases.
Conduct engaging client training sessions and represent the firm at relevant events.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of post-qualified experience as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
Proficiency in corporate immigration law.
Extensive experience managing an immigration caseload within a well-established regional or city firm.
