Provide legal advice and representation to clients on immigration matters, including visa applications, asylum claims, deportation proceedings, and citizenship applications. Assist with European (EEA) Applications including Residence and Family Permits, Permanent Residence. Provide guidance and assistance with Long Residence applications. Key Requirements
NQ+ In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
