Role Description: Following teammate progression, we are recruiting for an individual to join our established team of 16 Implementation Advisors, based in Chester. The team covers EMEA region onboardings for Commercial Banking clients, who have chosen Bank of America for their treasury & cash management products and services. The Implementation Advisor is responsible for providing a smooth onboarding experience, building trust and effective working relationships with clients whilst meeting the requirements of our Compliance and Operations business partners. Responsibilities: You will implement treasury products and solutions for clients. You will take ownership of the end-to-end resolution of projects. You will conduct research using various bank systems to enable thorough and accurate responses to client inquiries. You will respond to inquiries received from clients and Sales partners. You will resolve conflicts while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardize client experience. What we are looking for: You will be a highly organized individual who can manage complex projects. You will possess excellent customer service skills. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will possess the ability to effectively build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
