Job Title: Implementation and Process Coordinator We are seeking a proactive Implementation and Process Coordinator to support our operational teams to drive process improvements. Experience in operational readiness, project management and learning & development is desirable. You’ll work cross-functionally to implement change, embed best practices, and support new initiatives. Key attributes include strong problem-solving, resilience under pressure, excellent time management, and a customer-focused, collaborative approach. A “can-do” attitude and attention to detail are essential. In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, support process mapping, and create clear and practical standard operating procedures. You’ll also play a pivotal role in embedding improvements, fostering innovation, and ensuring best practices are consistently implemented. What You’ll Do: Partner with operational teams to ensure effective delivery of customer services. Write and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes. Assist in the design and rollout of induction programs, pilots, and operational initiatives. Plan and oversee the implementation of new processes, policies, and operational models. Provide hands-on support for pilots and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into operations. Collaborate across multiple teams, including HR, IT, Care Quality, and Customer Relations. What You’ll Bring: Strong organisational and administrative skills. Experience in operational services, ideally with scheduling or rostering. Ability to use process mapping techniques and audit tools (desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems. A knack for problem-solving and a proactive, can-do attitude. Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent). A basic understanding of GDPR.
