About the Role:

As Implementation Consultant at Unity5, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of small to medium-sized customers, guiding them through the seamless implementation of our cutting-edge Unity5 software. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients achieve their goals, managing every aspect from project planning to budget oversight, and leading engaging workshops to define and configure their system requirements. Your role doesn't stop there; you'll also train users, gather and act on feedback, and celebrate the successes of your projects with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Leverage your commercial acumen throughout the project lifecycle to identify and maximise upselling opportunities. Represent Unity5 at events and customer community activities, showcasing our services and product expertise. Implementation: Execute projects on time, within budget, and to the highest customer satisfaction standards, adhering to our defined methodologies and processes. Kick-off projects, setting clear goals and deliverables aligned with customer objectives. Gather process and configuration requirements for system setup. Understand technical requirements for installation, integrations, SSO, and migration. Manage customer risks and issues using your product and business process knowledge. Configure both backend and frontend systems manually and through scripting to set up customer test and live environments. Test and approve system deliveries before release to customers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Train customers on utilising the configured functionality. Oversee the go-live process through customer 'hypercare' and adoption reviews. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with technical consultants to resolve complex issues. Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to consistently focus on customer results. Provide detailed handover materials to support teams post-project completion. Participate in team meetings, ensuring all systems and actions are updated in our relevant tools. Qualifications/Experience:

Required: Experience in a SaaS or technology-centric environment. Proficiency in project management techniques. A results-focused, customer-obsessed mindset. Strong process orientation and problem-solving skills. Exceptional writing and documentation abilities with keen attention to detail. Independence in managing tasks and the ability to multitask efficiently. Commercial awareness and technical strength, particularly in IT, SaaS, and data manipulation. Experience with SSO integrations, data migration, APIs, and SQL. Desired: Familiarity with project management software, time recording, and budget management. Industry experience and knowledge of the parking compliance sector. Why Unity5?

Join us and be part of a dynamic, innovative team that's making waves in the SaaS industry. At Unity5, we value creativity, collaboration, and a relentless drive for excellence. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
