Implementation Consultant
to help deliver high quality software / IT projects. This is a varied role covering the delivery of software implementation services, pre-sales consultancy and account management activity. You’ll deliver software implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration and training. Deliver and showcase product demonstrations. Work in partnership with clients arranging regular calls / site visits to build strong relationships. Work with internal stakeholders liaising with the product development and sales teams and much more. For this role you’ll need to have the following – Experience in a hands-on implementation role or similar account management/presales position, with particular focus on experience of delivering software implementation, configuration and training. A degree (or equivalent) in IT or a related discipline. Be customer centric, capable of building strong client relationships. An organised, disciplined approach to work with excellent time management. This is an excellent role if you are looking to progress your career within the implementation / project management space.
