Implementation Consultant

to join their Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customised solutions for clients, focusing on transfer agency products, data migrations, and seamless implementation processes. As an experienced Implementation Consultant, you will take a lead with the following: Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Facilitate meetings throughout the delivery lifecycle, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and building detailed plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and trust. Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and product teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements and the product roadmap. Develop detailed documentation covering scope, timelines, and operating models. Identify gaps between legacy systems and target solutions, working with Product Owners to resolve them. Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure testing, validation, and reconciliation of migrated data. Collaborate with clients to define inflight strategies, validate runbooks, and ensure successful implementation. Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of transfer agency products and processes to drive solution success. Stay informed about industry trends and compliance requirements. Provide training and support to clients and internal teams as needed. Client Support: Offer early-life support to ensure a smooth transition to BAU operations. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally. Identify opportunities for additional services, enhancing client value and satisfaction. Requirements

8+ years of experience in the transfer agency sector, with exposure to multiple continents. Proven success in delivering client-focused solutions within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of transfer agency products and experience in migrations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards. Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom. Benefits
