Implementation Consultant

to manage the implementation of new customers, following a standard process of requirements gathering, configuration of the system, and training before handing the customer over to the support team when it reaches business as usual. You will also be involved in delivering some internal projects as the team develops new areas of the application. Responsibilities include: To carry out implementation duties for new customers or be involved in changes to existing customer implementations and product development. Working in collaboration with the Implementation, Sales, Development, and Training departments, business leads, and end-users to understand and deliver successful business solutions. Responsible for system delivery; system set up, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and training. Document requirements for configuration and detail any customer-specific process flows, gathering customer sign-off. Manage each project from start to finish. Configure systems based on requirements. Providing training courses for new and existing customers of groups of around 6 people. Write up specifications for additional requirements such as Dashboards, new forms, etc. Maintain relationships and liaise with customers on a regular basis until the project is in BAU. You will need to have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels, as well as the ability to translate between technical teams and customer representatives. You should have experience in using or training on web-based applications or CRM systems. You should be able to facilitate a shared understanding of process, problems, possible solutions, and determine and adhere to the scope of a project. The ability to analyze a problem, consider multiple options and solutions, and present a solution is essential. You should be able to provide clear and concise documentation for all stakeholders. The candidate will demonstrate some exposure to: ESFA funded programmes Employability provision Communicating at all levels within business organisations Experience of delivering some levels of training Experience of working with web-based applications Exposure to project management We are looking for candidates to have: The ability to be self-organised and collaborative.
