We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Implementation Manager to join a leading financial institution. With their global presence and diverse range of financial services, our client boasts a reputation for excellence. As part of their team, you will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end project delivery within the transactional banking sector . This is a temporary position, with a contract extending until 31st December 2025 , and potential for further extension. In this role, you will be based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, spending a minimum of 3 days in the office each week. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for driving regulatory change objectives and goals across our client's EMEA organisations, ensuring compliance within specified timeframes and budgets. You will lead cross-functional teams, managing projects of high risk, scope, and complexity. Your ability to influence, motivate, and manage diverse teams will be crucial for the successful delivery of results while minimising the impact on the business and customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional EMEA-wide programme and/or project teams Manage the programme or project lifecycle and budget in line with the organisation's Methodology Influence, motivate, and manage diverse teams across the EMEA organisation Ensure timely delivery of required results with least possible impact on the bank's business and customers Identify and escalate risks and issues to senior management and appropriate committees Ensure compliance, governance, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications & Experience: Good knowledge and experience of financial services and the regulatory framework Strong background in implementing transactional banking solutions Prior experience in delivering complex transformation and change projects within financial services Ability to lead, set vision, anticipate and resolve conflict, negotiate, and coach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage teams effectively Educated to degree level, with industry recognised programme and project management qualifications Join our client's dynamic team and be part of their commitment to embracing diverse talent and promoting inclusivity.
