About the role

Customers look to us to be the “Experts” in implementing their learning products. They want us to understand them, consult with them, give them the confidence in the products they have bought, and make them successful.

The Implementation Specialist is all about being the Expert. Your role is responsible for implementing our products and services to extraordinarily high standards to ensure a great experience for our customers.

You will work within the Professional Services team to deliver provisioning, configurations, testing, enablement and consulting for our customers during their onboarding and other projects. You will be responsible for working across multiple customer projects at any given time, working closely with project managers to deliver on budget and on time. The nature of these projects will require you to work cross-functionally and across all of our product set.

This role is critical in ensuring success in the early stages of a customer’s lifecycle with a product or service where we know that their first 60 days have a huge impact on them working with us in the future. You will put customers at the heart of what we do with outstanding customer service levels and strong operational performance in getting tasks completed in a timely manner.

Location : Hybrid, based in the Derry office with expectation of regular attendance

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

Deliver provisioning, configurations, testing, enablement and consulting for our customers during their onboarding and other projects

Provide a great customer experience through working with customers on their projects to deliver success

Work across a portfolio of projects, products, and customers with multiple projects in-flight at any one time.

Estimating, time recording, and completing tasks as per the project plan.

Deliver provisioning, consultancy, testing, enablement and configuration for customers in a project.

Support projects as the “implementation expert” in a project team ensuring that all of the project team benefit from your knowledge to guarantee customer success in a project.

Empower customers to achieve the highest standards of success with their products.

Work as part of a project team, taking accountability for delivering your responsibilities alongside supporting project success, including risk identification, change control, timekeeping, and support of the project team.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Industry experience: You will have previous experience working with SaaS products.

Proven track record: You will have experience working alongside customers in an implementation, training or enablement role.

Customer relationship management: You will be capable of providing customers with excellent customer service, confidently understanding customer requirements, providing support to customers with various needs and effectively collaborating with them to demonstrate best practices and implement solutions.

Passion for Technology: You will be highly motivated and capable of developing a deep understanding of all our products.

Delivering with others: You will be an excellent team player, capable of working across a large and disparate business to achieve their goals.

Communication: You will be highly articulate and able to communicate with a range of audiences including team members, customers, technical colleagues and stakeholders.
