Import & Export Coordinator Tunbridge Wells, Kent £27,000 – £32,000 (flexible depending on experience) Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Are you passionate about logistics and looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment? As an Import and Export Assistant, you will support the Senior Import and Export Manager by preparing import and export documents in compliance with customs and government regulations. The role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Benefits; £27,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience) Yearly bonus Enhanced pension plan Health plan (including dental) Free Gym Membership Free in house yoga classes 30% company discount scheme 30 Days holiday + birthday day off (increasing to a max of 35 days) The Candidate; Previous background within a import or export coordinator role A background within clothing distribution or E-Commerce is highly desirable Customs declarations experience is highly desirable Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. 1+ years of experience preparing shipping documents and customs declarations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of customs warehouse procedures or similar. Qualifications in import/export or logistics. Experience with Descartes e-Customs system is advantageous. Duties and Responsibilities; Record all incoming goods and coordinate “Ex-work” shipments. Prepare documents to ensure goods move smoothly through import/export procedures. Complete customs declaration entries and shipping documentation. Review paperwork to ensure correct billing of customs fees. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline deliveries.
