Join us as an Imports & Exports Customer Service Specialist Are you a proactive and efficient professional with a passion for providing top-notch customer service in the imports and exports industry? We are seeking a dedicated Imports & Exports Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional import and export service to our customers, overseas partners, and related service providers. Location: Heathrow, UK Hours: 5 Days per week, flexibility required - 9:00 to 17:30 What will you be doing? Delivering Customer Service Excellence:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring you meet and exceed customer expectations through exceptional service. Operational Excellence:

Continually review and understand airfreight procedures and processes to comply with regulatory and company standards. Cost Control:

Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer's buy and sell rates, ensuring accurate and timely cost control of all files at the job level. KPIs and SLAs Management:

Ensure all customer KPIs and SLAs are fully met and monitored, with a target of achieving a minimum 98% SLA. Query and Complaint Management:

Investigate and respond promptly to all queries and complaints from both external and internal customers and suppliers. Requirements About You Experience in Imports & Exports in Airfreight desirable. Proven ability to provide an efficient and proactive export service to all customers and service providers. Strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and service providers. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met. Even if you don't have experience in Airfreight, having experience in Ocean and/or Land freight for Imports and Exports will still be considered.
