G2 5AD Salary from £29,995 Flexible Working Pattern Help us create a better future, quicker The role of Improvement Analyst sits within the Customer Business Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the Change Management Manager. As Improvement Analyst, you will provide support and quality controls to the Customer Business change and incident management processes, particularly SAP and Cloud Based application platforms. You will implement CoE process improvements and provide expertise regarding SAP change management processes which support day-to-day operations. Ensuring that the business solution performs effectively, you will provide coaching and training to team members on agile principles and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Providing expertise to improve planning, incident and change processes, you will support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all stipulated controls. What you’ll be doing Identifying issues through control reporting and analysis, producing change controls or incidents as necessary, you will input business/technological expertise to inform decisions on solution requirements. Required to participate with Business and IT demand, you will identify and prioritise business requirements, develop business cases and be responsible for the project management of recommended solutions through to successful implementation with effective process controls in place. Additional responsibilities of the Improvement Analyst will include: Supervise and provide direction to CoE staff and external Contractors/Consultants Support in efforts to manage business stakeholders Manage working relationships with key business users for respective processes Identify SAP best practices Recommend and initiate improvement activity Design, specification, test, and implementation of changes to business processes Definition and roll-out of standards and templates Maintaining suitable documentation What you’ll bring Knowledge/experience of Utility industry Strong communication skills Experience of project delivery Business Analysis qualification/experience Project Management qualification/experience Knowledge of agile methodologies and proven experience in delivering projects using agile practices What’s in it for you As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
