About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Application Support Specialist to become the subject matter expert (SME) for the Dayforce platform at Totally. In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced application support, manage incidents through to resolution, and oversee the implementation of changes, ensuring all stakeholder approvals are in place. You will also contribute to maintaining our knowledge base, providing system admin training, and working alongside the Application team to support other systems. Your Day to Day

Provide application support for Dayforce and other clinical/non-clinical systems, managing incidents and tasks via the IM&T service desk ticketing system within agreed KPIs. Oversee and communicate change management, including custom developments, patch releases, new functionality, and system upgrades. Escalate support requests to third-party vendors, building a knowledge base to improve internal support capabilities. Conduct system admin training for internal teams as needed. Demonstrate new features and functionalities to the business. Manage and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including training documentation, technical guides, and process documentation. Conduct audits of system accounts, ensuring proper access controls and permissions. Build and maintain a Configuration Item (CI) database within the IM&T Service Desk. Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and partner organisations to ensure effective working relationships. Take on other reasonable duties as required by the business. Qualifications, Training or Experience

Good general level of education with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English A - C (9 - 5). Experience managing HCM systems. 2 or more recent years' experience working within an IT or technical discipline. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages - Excel, Word, etc. Proficiency in system configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting. Willingness to embrace change and motivate others to do likewise. Able to present proposals to internal users and influence decision makers. Reward & Benefits
