The opportunity to learn from experienced tax professionals in an in-house environment Working closely with Big tax advisors moving away from tax compliance Working in a close-knit successful team Taking responsibility for the UK group's tax issues, international tax, transfer pricing, and some withholding taxes As Assistant Tax Manager you will be involved:
Managing the submission of domestic and overseas direct tax returns and the overall direct tax position of the Group, ensuring compliance, with the assistance of external advisers Preparation of corporation tax computations and returns for all UK tax resident entities Working with the global business partners on ongoing tax advisory projects Working with tax advisors on withholding tax projects As Assistant Tax Manager you will be:
