They have a growing In-house legal function and are looking for a Property lawyer to join the team near Bradford.
Job Description
The In-house Commercial Property Solicitor will pick up a range of work and responsibilities including;
Manage a broad portfolio of commercial property matters
Deliver legal advice to key stakeholders
Oversee property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases, telecoms and data centres
Work closely with the legal team to develop and implement strategic initiatives
Network within the businesses portfolio to identify new business opportunities for the property team
Identify and manage legal risks within the property portfolio
The Successful Applicant
The successful In-house Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
A track record dealing with Real Estate work as a Solicitor gained in practice or Industry
Ideally knowledge of telecoms law
Proven experience in managing a diverse property portfolio
An interest in marketing and business development
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities
