£28,000 - £30,000 DOE TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading provider of business intelligence with operations spanning the globe, who are at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to help businesses make informed decisions. We are seeking an experienced In-House Contracts Paralegal to join their Cardiff based legal team. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, this role will play a key part in managing and supporting the company's legal operations across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities This role involves a wide range of responsibilities that support the teams global legal and compliance framework, including: Assisting with the drafting, negotiation, and execution of diverse contracts, ensuring alignment with the business's global objectives. Implementing and managing a contracts and document management system to streamline legal operations. Maintaining a centralised database of contract templates and approved alternative provisions. Developing and maintaining robust policies for contract approvals, template management, and document retention. Providing legal support to the procurement team, including risk analysis and drafting tailored contract terms. Supporting corporate governance activities, such as maintaining statutory filings, registrations, and updating shareholder registers. Monitoring and coding external legal expenditure to optimise cost efficiency. Assisting in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect intellectual property and business interests. Conducting factual and legal research to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Providing general administrative and project support to the Head of Legal and the wider legal team. What We're Looking For Experience:

Proven track record as a paralegal or manager in commercial contracts, ideally within a fast-paced, international organisation or in-house environment. Education:

LPC qualification is desirable but not essential. Skills:

Strong analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from £28,000-£30,000 DOE.
