Engineering Service Specialist (In house)

As a Senior In-Service Support Engineer, you will play a key part in ensuring the success of defense systems used by allied navies, with a focus on sonar, radar, power systems, and unmanned platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support for field service teams, ensuring products are fully supported globally.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, and customers to meet support obligations.
- Proactively address technical issues and customer reports, developing and implementing solutions.
- Manage system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee inspection programs and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
- Work with logistics teams and implement changes in response to system updates or obsolescence.
- Prepare estimates for new work packages, manage resources, and lead engineering projects.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Management, or related fields; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Significant experience in defense engineering, particularly during the in-service lifecycle.
- Expertise in project management, with a focus on defense standards and customer requirements.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in challenging environments.
- Familiarity with maritime equipment is a plus.
